At Ethical Origins, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase – you have the right to withdraw from your order and return items under the following conditions.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for the refund. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever occurs first.
Return Conditions
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Please return items unopened, unused and in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or damaged personal use accessories.
Custom orders or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Liability for Loss or Mis delivery
We do not accept liability for lost or stolen shipments, especially if:
the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect,
the shipment is marked as delivered,
or the shipment was sent without insurance.
