We currently deliver within Germany, European Union, Middle East, North Africa and Americas.
2. Shipping Costs
Our shipping charges are 3.99€ within Germany and 6.99€ per order in other EU countries. For other regions, we follow DHL international shipping charges.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the size of your order, we choose the appropriate shipping method:
Smaller orders are shipped via untracked, uninsured shipping.
Larger orders are shipped via tracked, insured shipping.
We use DHL, Hermes, DPD, and Deutsche Post for shipping.
4. Delivery Time
The delivery time is usually 2–3 business days. Please note that delays may occur on public holidays or during promotional periods.
